The Files Lab provides tools for secure file and text sharing, PDF workflows, and related productivity features. Service availability and functionality may change over time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account details and promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security incidents.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Violating applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Uploading or distributing malicious code, abusive content, or fraudulent material.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls, or subscription restrictions.

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay and may renew according to your active subscription settings.

You can cancel your subscription from account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing after the active period ends, subject to the subscription state.

Refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy, which states that payments are non-refundable.

The Files Lab name, branding, software, and service content are owned by The Files Lab or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Files Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that courts in Delhi, India will have jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms, subject to applicable law.
