The Files Lab follows a strict no refund policy. All charges, including subscription fees and other paid amounts, are non-refundable.

By purchasing any paid service, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a full or partial refund under any circumstance, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not create eligibility for refunds of amounts already paid.
