Many The Files Lab features are designed with local-browser processing and encrypted workflows. For sharing flows that upload content, the system is designed so encrypted payloads are handled rather than plain content.

You are responsible for safeguarding passwords or keys used in encrypted workflows. If those secrets are lost, shared, or exposed, access to protected content may be affected.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. Billing information required for transaction processing is handled by Razorpay under their own policies and terms.

We store subscription and invoice records required for account status, entitlement management, and billing support.

We retain account and billing records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Share links and related artifacts may expire automatically based on selected or plan-based expiry settings.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect service data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
